Work Flow of the Aluminium Profile


The production process of aluminium profile including fusion casting, extruding and coloring(mainly includes: coloring oxidation, electrophoresis coating, fluorine carbon spraying, powder spraying, wood grain transfer printing, etc.) three process.

1. Fusion casting is the first production process of aluminum profiles. Main process are:
(1) Ingredients: According to the specific alloy nameplate need to production, calculate the amount of all kinds of alloy composition, reasonable collocation a variety of raw materials.
(2) Melting: Add collocated raw materials according to the technological requirements to melt inside the furnace, and effectively removed the melt mixed slag and gas through degassing and deslagging method.
(3) Casting: After melting the molten aluminum under the certain condition of the casting process, through the deep well casting system, cooling casting into variety specification of round casting rods.

2. Extrusion. Extrusion is the method of material forming. According to the profile section of product design, make the mould, using extrusion machine extrusion forming the heated round casting rod  of the mould.

3. Coloring (here mainly first talking about oxidation process)
Oxidation: The extruded aluminium profiles, the surface corrosion resistance is not strong, must be surface treatment through anodizing, increase the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and the appearance aesthetics of aluminum profile. The main process for:
(1) Surface pretreatment: By the method of chemical or physical profile surface cleaning, bare the purity of substrate, benefic to to acquire complete and dense artificial oxidation film. You can also get a mirror or matt (semigloss) surface by mechanical methods.
(2) Anodizing: The surface pretreatment of aluminium extrusion profiles, under the certain process conditions, substrate surface anodic oxidation, generate a layer of dense, porous, strong adsorbability AL203 film layer.
(3) Hole sealing: The porous oxide film generated after anodic oxidation, sealing the fenestra small opening, enhance the oxide film pollution prevention, corrosion resistance and the wear-resisting performance. Oxide film is colorless, transparent, make use of the strong adsorption of oxide film before hole sealing, adsorb some of the metal salt deposition in the film hole, can make the profiles appear many colors besides natural color (silver), like black, bronze, gold and stainless steel color, etc.
